Design Your Own is based in Rawalpindi. Our workshop and office are at City Center, Bank Road, Saddar — which means every personalised mug, name plate, engraved wallet and award shield sold on this site is made a few kilometres from where you are reading this.

Islamabad and Rawalpindi are our largest market. More orders leave our workshop for the twin cities than for anywhere else in Pakistan, and they are also our highest-value orders — a good share of them corporate.

Delivery to Islamabad and Rawalpindi

Everything we sell is made to order, so nothing ships off a shelf. Allow 3–7 working days for your item to be printed or engraved, then 3–7 working days for delivery. Shipping is a flat Rs 299 anywhere in Pakistan, and cash on delivery is available on every order — no advance payment.

Because we are local, twin-cities orders can often be collected from our Saddar office instead of couriered. Message us on WhatsApp at 0348-0111117 before you order if you would like to arrange that, or call the office on 051 8442048.

What the twin cities order most

Two things stand out in our own order book. The first is the customised LED smart water bottle with a digital temperature display — it is our single most-ordered item locally. The second is gift boxes: the engraved wallet, pen and keychain set is ordered more often here than in any other city, usually as a birthday or farewell gift.

Office buyers here lean towards award shields and plaques, name badges and desk and cabin name plates.

Corporate gifting in Islamabad and Rawalpindi

The twin cities are unusual in Pakistan: ministries, embassies, development-sector organisations, universities and IT companies all sit within a short drive of each other, and all of them run events that need branded gifts and engraved recognition pieces.

We produce logo-printed diaries, pens, mugs and water bottles, engraved brass and acrylic name badges, cabin and designation plates, and acrylic or wooden award shields for conferences, long-service awards and farewells. Being in the same city means artwork can be approved in person and dispatch is a courier run across town rather than across the country.

How ordering works

  1. Pick your product and enter the name, text or photo you want on it.
  2. Upload your artwork or photo at checkout, or send it to us on WhatsApp afterwards.
  3. We send you a proof to approve before anything is printed or engraved.
  4. Your item is made in our Saddar workshop, then dispatched with a tracking number.
  5. Pay the courier in cash when it arrives.

Questions we get from Islamabad and Rawalpindi

Can I visit your office instead of ordering online?

Yes. We are at Office S-186, 5th Floor, City Center, Bank Road, Saddar, Rawalpindi. Please call 051 8442048 or WhatsApp 0348-0111117 first so we can have your item ready.

How long will my order take?

3–7 working days to make, then 3–7 working days to deliver. If you have a fixed date — a wedding, a conference, a farewell — tell us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done.

Do you deliver to Bahria Town and DHA?

Yes, both the Islamabad and Rawalpindi sides, on the same flat Rs 299 rate.

Is cash on delivery available?

Yes, on every order, anywhere in the twin cities. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives.

Can you print a company logo?

Yes. Send us a PNG or vector file on WhatsApp. For engraved metal and acrylic work, a vector file gives a noticeably cleaner result.

What if the engraving is wrong?

If we made the mistake, tell us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it. Because every item is custom-made, we cannot replace items where the spelling submitted at checkout was incorrect — which is why we send a proof first.

How do I send you my photo, name or logo?

Upload it on the product page when you add the item to your cart, or send it to us on WhatsApp at 0348-0111117 after ordering — either works.

Will I see the design before you print it?

Yes. We always confirm the design with you before final printing. Nothing is printed or engraved until you've approved it.

What quality does my image need to be?

The higher the resolution, the better the print — that's the whole rule. PNG is our preferred format. Screenshots and images that have been forwarded around a few times lose detail, so send the original file where you can. If what you send isn't good enough to print well, we'll tell you before we print it, not after.

What if I spell a name wrong when I order?

The design confirmation is the moment to catch it, so read it carefully — names, dates and spellings especially. Once you approve it, that is exactly what gets made.

Can you engrave in Urdu?

Yes. We produce Urdu name jewellery, cufflinks and plates in Nastaliq. Send us the exact spelling you want and check it on the design we send back.

I don't have a design — can you help?

Yes, and we don't charge for it. Tell us what you have in mind and send whatever you've got — a photo, a logo, or just an idea — and we'll put something together for you to approve.

How long will my order take?

Can I get it faster?

Sometimes — it depends on the product, as some are quicker to make than others. Message us on WhatsApp at 0348-0111117 with your date before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether we can meet it.

How much is delivery, and where do you deliver?

Rs 399 flat, anywhere in Pakistan, whatever the size of your order. We deliver nationwide, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar.

Do you deliver outside Pakistan?

No — we ship within Pakistan only. If you're abroad and sending a gift home, place the order to the Pakistani delivery address. You can pay by bank transfer, or the person receiving it can pay the courier in cash.

Can I collect from your office?

How do I track my order?

Bank transfer and Easypaisa. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll send you the details.

What if it arrives damaged or printed incorrectly?

Contact us within 2 days of delivery with a photo or video of the problem and we'll replace it or refund you. That covers damage, the wrong item, manufacturing faults and printing or engraving defects. We can't process a claim without the photo or video, so send that first.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

No. Every item is made to order with your name, photo or message on it, so it can't be resold. Returns are for damaged, wrong or defective items only.

Can I cancel or change my order after paying?

No — we start work as soon as your order is confirmed. If anything needs changing, tell us before you approve the design, as that's the last point at which it can be altered.

Do you take corporate and bulk orders?

Yes, and it's a large part of what we do — branded diaries, pens, mugs and bottles, engraved name badges, desk and cabin plates, and award shields. Minimum quantities depend on the product. Call or WhatsApp 0348-0111117 and we'll quote you.

Do you make these yourselves?

Yes. Everything is printed and engraved in our own workshop in Rawalpindi — we don't resell or drop-ship. It's why the range is this wide and why we can help you with a design.
