At Design Your Own, every item is customized just for you. Please review our shipping details below so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.
Order Processing Time
Since our products are made to order and personalized specifically for you, please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for dispatch. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
We charge a flat shipping rate of Rs. 399 on all orders, regardless of order size or delivery location within Pakistan.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number/confirmation via SMS or email once your order ships.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We proudly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. You can pay in cash directly to our courier partner upon receiving your order — no advance payment required.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking ID so you can follow your package until it reaches your doorstep.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact our support team and we'll investigate with our courier partner right away.
