Custom award shields, trophies, medals and recognition plaques, made to order in our own Rawalpindi workshop. Send us a name, a logo and the wording, and we send back a digital proof before anything is cut, printed or engraved.

What we make

Award shields are the classic Pakistani presentation piece — a shaped acrylic or wooden back with your text and logo on the front, usually handed over at a farewell, a seminar, a sports day or a corporate dinner. Ours start at Rs 2,000 in the standard 5x7 and 6x8 inch sizes, and run to Rs 8,850 for gold-plated executive shields that come in a wooden presentation box.

Trophies — acrylic star trophies, crystal and glass columns, rotating globe trophies on a wooden base, and silver cup sets for winner, runner-up and second runner-up. Rs 2,400 to Rs 32,500.

Medals with ribbons for school sports days, graduations and competitions, gold-plated or silver, from Rs 1,799. These are the ones schools order in quantity.

Recognition plaques and engraved appreciation letters for retirements, long-service awards and inaugurations.

Materials and sizes

Acrylic is the most ordered and the most practical: it does not chip like glass, it takes full-colour UV printing, and it is the cheapest way to put a logo in colour on a shield. Standard thicknesses are 6mm, 8mm, 12mm and 25mm — the thicker the acrylic, the more substantial the piece feels in the hand, which matters when it is being presented in front of a room.

Solid wood shields carry engraved brass or metal plates and read as more formal. Crystal and glass suit executive and international-facing awards. Metal shields with stands are the most durable.

Standard shield sizes are 5x7 and 6x8 inches. Larger pieces go up to 12x8 inches and, for souvenirs, 18 to 19 inches.

Bulk and corporate orders

Most award orders are quantities, not singles — twenty shields for a seminar, sixty medals for a sports day. We do not publish bulk pricing because it depends on quantity, material and artwork, but tell us what you need on WhatsApp and you will get a quote back. Logos are set up once and reused across the whole batch at no extra charge.

Lead time and delivery

Made in 3 to 7 working days from the moment you approve the proof, then 3 to 7 working days with the courier depending on your city. Rs 399 flat delivery, cash on delivery anywhere in Pakistan. Tell us your event date when you order and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
