How they are personalised

On the dial. A photograph, a name or a short message printed directly onto the watch face. Photographs work best when they are simple and high contrast — a face against a plain background reads well at 40mm across; a group shot does not.

On the case back. Laser engraving on the reverse, which is where most people put the date, the initials or the line they actually want to say. It stays hidden until the watch comes off, which is rather the point.

Both together is the usual choice for an anniversary or a wedding.

Couple pairs

Matching men's and women's watches carrying the same design with the two names, supplied together in one box. This is the most-ordered piece in the collection, and it is ordered for engagements, nikkah, walima and anniversaries more than anything else.

Before you order

Send the photograph at its original size rather than forwarded through WhatsApp, and send the spelling exactly as it should be engraved. We lay it out, send you a proof, and engrave nothing until you approve it. A case back cannot be re-engraved.
